Comfortable bedding provided good sleep quality. Adorable talking dinosaurs at check-in bring smiles to children's faces.

This hotel offers great value for money and is conveniently close to the airport. I particularly enjoyed the unique check-in process with the talking dinosaurs, which added a fun element to the stay. The rooms were clean, and the bed and linen were of good quality. Also, the hotel's location near the subway station made it easy to travel to central Tokyo.

I had a good stay at Henn Na Hotel Tokyo Haneda. The location was superb, with close access to Haneda Airport and the train station just a few minutes away. The room was modern and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I especially enjoyed the convenience of the automatic cloth dryer and the self-lock luggage area. The shuttle service to the airport was a nice touch. And of course, the robot check-in experience was a fun and unique addition. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and innovative features.

The check-in and checkout process was quick and easy with the robot assistants. I also enjoyed the quirky addition of the dinosaur robots in the lobby. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it a great choice for travelers with early morning or late-night flights. there are plenty of convenience stores around, convenient for grabbing a quick bite.

The ventilation system in the room was quite noisy, so I had to use earplugs to get a good night's sleep. The room itself was on the smaller side, which may not be ideal for those who prefer more space.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the airport and it was such a convenient location. It was just a short walk from Otorii train station, which made it easy for me to explore the city. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and a deep bathtub in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was efficient with the assistance of unique robots. The hotel also had a shuttle bus service to the airport, which was a great convenience.

I did find that the room was a bit tight when it came to the twin beds. It was manageable since I was traveling alone, but I can imagine it being difficult for two occupants to navigate around each other.

As backpackers, we loved the quirky reception with robots and animatronic dinosaurs - it was a refreshing change! The hotel's location was perfect for us, with easy access to the airport and the rail station to go back into Tokyo. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, making our stay convenient and enjoyable. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like toothbrushes and even a phone with internet access for our daily adventures in Tokyo. a great experience!

Felt like it was our own home, no complaints.
